The Agile Monitor is a community tool that collects and shares Agile knowledge, experiences and experiments. What you enter, you read back on the Dashboard the next day.
Agile is a broad subject. It’s principles are widely accepted, but successful implementation is something else. Agile implementation is complex and loaded with uncertainty.
The monitor offers an instrument to identify early trends, gain insight and reflect on Agile implementations.
If you want to join in, please enter anecdotes related to an experience on any aspect of agile introduction. Your entry is fully anonomous (that is why we ask you to leave out any information which may relate the story to specific persons or companies). Next you are asked to signify your story. These questions enable you to analyze experiences from different perspectives.
We explicitly ask you to limit your story size to a few lines and a single subject. You can share as many stories as you like. Providing signifying information for each story, leads to a more refined analysis. All-in-all, you should be done in less than 10 minutes.
Stay tuned on our website on community sessions to jointly analyse your joined knowledge and experiences!
